1. Go to bed at the same time every night
2. Don’t drink booze
3. Have a glass of water before bed
4. No screen time (phone/TV/Tablet/etc.) for 1hr before bed
and now, this is so very important…
5. Relax your Tongue. For real, this works.
Follow these steps and you’ll find you get better sleep, faster every night.
